Shipping

• Orders within Bangalore city limits may qualify for free or standard delivery.

• Shipping charges may apply for deliveries outside Bangalore, depending on the destination and courier service.

• Estimated delivery timelines will be shared once your order is confirmed.

Returns & Refunds

• We do not offer returns or refunds once the product has been sold and delivered.

• To ensure complete peace of mind, every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch.

Warranty & Replacement

• All products are covered under a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

• The warranty guarantees a full replacement in the event of any malfunction in any part of the machine or the machine as a whole, at the sole discretion of ION PLUS / Viaan Water Science Pvt Ltd.

• Warranty claims must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

• This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or external factors beyond our control (such as power fluctuations or water supply issues).
